我同意青梅的看法。我也做了十多年的班主任工作，上学期整个一个学期都感觉累，真不想再干了。假期时，我看了这半年的《班主任之友》杂志，“教育随笔”，“治班锦囊”，“诗话教育”“工具箱”等等，所有的与班级有关的内容，读来都那么亲切，不知不觉的，又感觉做班主任挺好的。最近，我又来到班主任论坛，看帖跟帖，感觉很有趣，。现在我觉得做班主任又不是一件坏事了。这样一想，倦怠的感觉小了很多。

  我也曾经不愿意当班主任，前两年由于身体原因停两年不干了，虽然还是那样上课，工作，但总觉得少了些什么，可能是和学生的距离无形中远了许多。他们有什么心里话不再和你说，生活中的琐碎事也不会再向你诉.....便有了莫名的失落感。身体稍恢复以后，又要求还担任班主任工作，辛苦并快乐其中！

这种情况下停下一段时间哪怕是几个月也行，停下来总结一下，反思一下，和领导商量一下解决，领导应该会同意的。
